Why I don't like white wine - It's bad for teeth

We all know how red wine could be unpleasant to your mouth and cavity, coloring your teeth and demanding an extra whitening .

But, did you know that white wine is even worse? It could not only color your teeth, but also damage them.

White Wine

White wine erodes enamel far more than red wine, attacking calcium and phosphorus in the enamel surface to depths of up to 60 micrometers, which is significant, according to the researchers.

What’s even worse, brushing your teeth after drinking, might make matters worse and lead to further loss of enamel.

But, there is a solution. Drink beer instead.
